if I delete all the virus in the vault…?

If I delete all the virus or threats thats quarantine in the vault, does it mean that they will gone forever or just for the meantime and they will still come back?
I use AVG and I update it everyday and seems that worms and threats are still here in my laptop somewhere

If they have been there for a while and you have had no problem with your computer then go ahead. But if they are 3 weeks or less, then I would leave them in there. Sometimes AVG picks up false positives and puts them in the fault and sometimes they are files that should not go into the vault.
