pen drive is not working on a perticuler laptop?

i have a 4GB kingston pen drive. it works properly but when i use it on my friend’s laptop it, transfer data from pen drive to laptop but not laptop to pen drive . why ………. and how to overcome this problem

1. Are the laptop can work with other pen drives. If no then there is some problem with the port or laptop.

2. If the laptop has OS older than Windows XP – you need to install a driver in the laptop. Search the driver in Kingston site.

3. Unload the dta in a PC. Full format the drive. Try to use in the Laptop
